What started out as an unassuming Tuesday training session in mid-March ended in an unfortunate accident this week for the club.

One of our members and good friend Heather, unfortunately fell rather awkwardly during one of her runs, injuring herself quite badly.

Whilst we await news of Heather’s well-being, Sue, Mike and all from Cantref Gwaelod wish her a speedy recovery.

Sue and Mike would also like to express their gratitude for the help and assistance provided by everyone on Tuesday, in particular Caroline, for the first aid she administered for 2 hours whilst waiting for the ambulance to arrive…mid-Wales may be beautiful but sometimes living here does come at a cost.
